Joe started Scheurell Insurance Agency in the basement of his home in June of 1989. At that time he represented one insurance company, Partner Mutual. In 1991 he hired an administrative assistant, opened an office location in Delavan and added five more companies. With the help of his Agency Manager Janice Cole-Thornton, Scheurell Insurance Agency moved to it's current location at 1232 Phoenix St., Delavan, WI. 15 more companies were added to give our clients the best coverage and rates. Four additional member were added to the staff to better serve our customers. Joe himself has over 41 years experience in the insurance industry. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, raising German Shepard dogs and gardening. Together with his wife Lynn they raised two sons and enjoy family time whenever they can.
